New Year, New Challenge

Happy New Year! We're excited to kick off 2023 with our 30-Day Challenge starting January 16th. We hope that this challenge will encourage you to implement more movement and self-care in your everyday life!


How does the Challenge work?

For each Fitness Class, Spa, or Salon Service you complete, you'll receive a sticker to add to your Challenge chart (make sure to request one before you start the challenge)! To sign up, head to the Fitness desk and let our Team know you want to join.


Once you have your card, you’re ready to go! So what’s next? Well you could do it the ‘easy way’ OR you can truly dedicate yourself to the challenge by incorporating your own goals.


Make it a 'Challenge':

• Get out of your comfort zone! Try some classes you've never taken before.

• Have an accountability buddy! Challenges are always better when you have a friend to do it with.

• Take it home! Make it an opportunity to make new self-care habits at home and work by making mini challenges for yourself. For example…

I want to journal every day this week. I'm going to drink 64oz of water today. I'm going for a walk during my lunch break. Etc. You get the idea!


REMINDER:

Even though it's a ‘challenge’ that doesn't mean it's supposed to be difficult. Keep it real. Don't push beyond your limits. And remember, this is all about self care and designed for fun and motivation!
